Mss Wood Shop stands by our work. If you have any issues with your product, please reach out and we will make it right.
Personalization: MSS Wood Shop is not responsible for any misspelled words, typos, or similar grammatical errors submitted with an order. The submitted text will be used to personalize each item.
If changes need to be made after an order has been placed, Mss Wood Shop will do our best to make necessary changes prior to production, but we cannot guarantee your request for any changes submitted more than 12 hours after the order was originally submitted.
Mss Wood Shop will not personalize any item using words of profanity, hate speech, overtly sexual messages, or any other language deemed inappropriate (at the sole discretion of MSS Wood Shop). In the event we deem a personalization option is in violation of this policy, we will contact the customer for an alternative option or cancel the order and issue a refund.
Return Policy: Mss Wood Shop accepts returns on all non-custom items within 10 days of purchase. Buyer is liable for all shipping costs incurred by returning the item.
Order Cancellation: Buyer has 24 hours to cancel an order. After 24 hours a cancelation fee will apply based on any cost incurred by what Mss Wood Shop makes due to cancelation of order. If you would like to cancel an order please contact us at mss@msswoodshop.com
